Four Peaks Rotary Club's efforts in the area of Community Service:

The Club Supports Junior Achievement through funding the entire seventh grade class at Fountain Hills Middle School. Click for more information.

The Club provides funding as well as Club member volunteers for Student Mentoring at Fountain Hills School District. Click for more information.

Club members volunteer in the Fountain Hills Adopt-A-Street program and we are responsible for Avenue of the Fountains from Palisades to La Montana Ave. Volunteers meet at Starbucks four times a year and clean up any trash found on our stretch of the avenue. Click for more information

Tha Club supports Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) by selecting and providing funds for local youth to attend the Annual RYLA Campout. Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is Rotary's leadership training program for young people. RYLA participants can be ages 14-18, but most clubs and districts choose to focus on a narrower age range, such as 14-18.

RYLA emphasizes leadership, citizenship, and personal growth, and aims to

  • Demonstrate Rotary's respect and concern for youth
  • Provide an effective training experience for selected youth and potential leaders
  • Encourage leadership of youth by youth
  • Recognize publicly young people who are rendering service to their communities

The Club provides funds in support of the Fountain Hills Fire Explorer Post 892.   It is the mission of Fountain Hills Fire Explorer Post 892 to provide youth with an insight to the Fire and Emergency Medical field, to take an active role in the community and to create a better understanding between the Fire Department and the youth of the town. We are committed to developing max potential and providing a high quality educational system in a safe, motivating environment with hopes of helping them achieve their desire to enter into a career of Fire and Rescue
